no refunds

no returns on custom work.

 a 50% payment is due at time of order for custom work, this is non- refundable even if you cancel your order.

our work is all done by hand so no two pieces are exactly alike as our paint is mixed by hand and the colors vary slightly from batch to batch. If you have a piece from us and want it matched exactly you need to send it to us to use as a reference. please e-mail first.

you have 10 days from the time you receive your dahl house products to make a claim. all merchandise must be in perfect and in new condition. final refund will be determined by the dahl house upon inspection of merchandise. if for any reason we accept a refund due to extreme circumstances there is a$5.00 fee which will be charged to you if you used a credit card for your initial purchase.
